We need to give Realtors the sort of tools their clients expect the agent needs to be prepared to overwhelm the consumer with content and have a clear understanding of the consumers needs, anticipate them, and wow the client with that knowledge. Can we, as MLS operators, be part of that solution? We should endeavor to add value in a new way. The MLS should be a dashboard which consolidated, integrates and delivers content, value, and tools to make our customers more successful and more effective the current legacy platform is tired and, while comfortable for our customers as they are familiar with it, is not helping the agent innovate and anticipate the needs of the consumer we need to reinvent ourselves asap.

As i am clearly not as bitter as you i will start off by congratulating you, your site looks very good and professional.
You question my skills but i got the same degree as you sun shine so get off your high horse.
Now you said people know more about the topic than me and i will never disagree with that, but we dont all take the easy way out and just write about our own club. I assure you if i wrote about Arsenal i would never get anything wrong i assure you.
Out of interest how many hits per day do you get. I am not trying to compete i just want something to compare to i would assume you are doing better than me because as i said before your site does look very good.
Posted by shoutsfromthestands | December 10, 2010, 21:49Thank you for the positive feedback – in regards to our previous comment, apologies if it seemed a bit harsh, and I appreciate how hard it may be to post using your phone because I have the same problem sometimes, but posts do need to be proof-read. We aim for 500 hits a day, some days we get well over, others we get well below, but aiming for a weekly figure of around 2,000.
Your blog is generally a very well constructed website and I appreciate your comment about writing about more than one club. Maybe when writing about another club, seek guidance from a fan of that club, that’s what we try to do. Keep up the good work.
